Easy-peasy. No assembly. Just pull out of the shipping box and unfold. Nice and sturdy. Great value for a quality item. I shopped around quite a bit and Webstaurant Store has the best deals by far. Very reasonable shipping too. Highly recommend. Customer service was very responsive and helpful when i had a question about shipping.

Were looking for a new luggage rack, wooden was an option to get away from chrome. Found this and loved it, black, the right color and metal to hold up to abuse better. Set up in a demo room and was very impressed.
