2.0I met the delivery guy, so this stuff didn't happen while the chairs were unattended. I opened the box to discover that the chairs were leg up. To me, that means they were upside down. After removing the chairs, I cut up the box to put it in the recycling. When I turned the box over, I noticed that this end had been torn open and repaired with tape. On checking the chairs, the one that would have been at that opening was damaged. It had black skid marks on it, and the powder coating was scratched down to metal in several places. I have attached pictures of the damage. Since the box was cut up, I could not even begin to think about returning them. I'm very disappointed and will probably not purchase from this site again.
