Clark Associates ("Clark", "us," or "we"), in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), is recalling 3 models of Lancaster Table & Seating Powder-Coated Aluminum Outdoor Chairs and Barstools. This recall is in response to reports we received of chair legs bending or breaking during use, posing a fall hazard to the occupant. You should immediately stop using any recalled chairs and barstools that match the item numbers listed at this link. Tables are not covered by this recall.

Arm chair, side chair (without arms), and barstool configurations were offered in the following colors: blue, brown, dark gray, light gray/silver, red, white, aqua, black, green, sangria/burgundy, yellow, and orange. These chairs were sold with and without accompanying outdoor tables, which are not subject to the recall. The chairs were sold from April 2020 through October 2025. This recall does not affect any other Lancaster Table & Seating products and does not affect tables sold as part of a set.
In this recall, we are providing customers a full reimbursement of the purchase price, in the form of store credit or a refund to the credit card used at the time of purchase.

How Do I Obtain My Refund or Store Credit?
Step 1
Verify that you have a chair or barstool that is included in the recall. Affected products can be identified by item numbers on order confirmation emails, shipping confirmation emails, and invoices. If you are unsure of whether you have a recalled product, please call Clark toll-free at 1-800-285-8172 and follow the prompts. Please have your order confirmation email, shipping confirmation email, or invoice ready, if available. Step 2
To be eligible for the store credit or refund, your chair or barstool must be one of the affected models. Once you confirm that you have an affected chair or barstool, please complete the form below so we can issue a store credit or refund.
Step 3
To ensure that the recalled chair or barstool in your possession can no longer be used, you must mark the chair or barstool with the word “RECALLED” in permanent marker or paint and dispose of the chair or barstool using your local waste handler. If you have multiple chairs and barstools, you must mark and dispose of all of them. A refund to your credit card or store credit cannot be issued unless you certify that you have marked each chair or barstool as “RECALLED” and will dispose of the recalled chair(s) and barstool(s) with your local waste handler. Please remember that it is a violation of law for a business to sell or give away a recalled product.

After completing the form below—including by providing the number of recalled chairs or barstools in your possession and checking the certification button certifying that you marked the chairs with the word “RECALLED” and will properly dispose of the recalled products—click ‘SUBMIT.’
