1.0They put stickers on the actual product and not the shipping container...Ordered 5 and all 5 had the same stickers. Goof-off don't work so we had to use rubbing alcohol. Took the finish off so we had to refinish all the seats. Unless they change the sticker process, I would not recommend buying any of the colored seats!

5.0I wanted the wooden seat to go with the metal frame chair. My husband uses a tie-on cushion on his, but the rest of the family is fine with the wooden seat. Comfortable chair. (My first detached wooden seats were damaged in shipment, but the metal frame chairs were fine. Upon contacting the Co. they promptly sent out new seats - that were packaged separately (as the metal frames had already arrived). This time the wooden seats arrived in good shape and I did Not have to return the damaged ones.
