    Items received better than expected for our restaurant...sturdy, well built and looks like wood. Customer service communication was excellent and staff worked with our shipping logistics to Hawaii. Chairs were shipped within 1 week of order. Excellent Service!

    We had to order this product twice from the Webstaurant Store. The first time, we had to decline/refuse the shipment since all of the chairs came damaged- either scuffed or dented in the metal. We received credit, and the second time around they still came damaged with minor scuffs and one major damage to a chair with a dented and warped metal leg. The first time we received it, the chairs came attached to the cushion and were improperly shipped and packaged- with one chair stacked on top of the other, which caused the top chair leg to penetrate and rip the cushion. I am very disappointed in the way we received these chairs the first time and the second time around.

    These are great chairs and the price is very good as well. Very comfortable and cushioned pads are sturdy. Wish there were replacement feet that could easily be purchased.

For any chairs or stools that come with the seat bottom detached, the seat bottoms are not pre-drilled. The customer will be responsible for drilling the holes before attaching to the chair base.
