Great quality, very sturdy, for that i give 5 stars. However the back rest is very curved and only good for slender figures. It does not accommodate all body types. Even for a medium build person the curved backing hits the back of the arms when they are at your side. I love the look of this chair but functionally it's not designed well.

I ordered four of these chairs for my apartment. I was so tired of sitting in old used beat up mismatched chairs! They look beautiful and will last a long time (I can tell!). My only observation is that depending on where on the floor I set them, they sometimes wobble BUT NOW I know that it's because of small inconsistencies in my FLOOR (not the chairs)...I'm 5'4" tall and 125 pounds and these chairs seem to FORCE me into a very proper upright sitting position with my feel flat on the floor. If you're taller than this you may find these chairs have your knees above you hips / mine are dead even with my hips while sitting btw - slouching in this chair just wouldn't be possible because although the curved back is comfortable if you are sitting up straight, even the slightest slouch for me and the top of the curve cuts into my ribs in the back. Don't get me wrong though, I'm very happy with the chairs. I did tape off and spray paint the white plastic "feet" on the very bottom of each chair leg 9all (all 8legs/4 chairs) ... (painted them all black) to match the legs of the chairs /because the white plastic there just looked so tacky. They are sturdy and durable. The colors go well with my apartment which is mainly earthtones. My first try was to buy the Christopher Knight Home Anise Leather / Walnut Dining Chairs, 2-Pcs Set, Dark Brown / Walnut Finish....but after assembling only one of them I felt they were cheap and wouldn't last. I returned them to buy 4 of these. I'm glad I went for quality! ;) .

The back of the chair ( Boomerang) it quite comfortable and gives the chair a new modern, yet practical look. Affordable & sturdy. The padded cushion is comfortable, but be aware that after some time the screws do some loose and and the OSB like base doesn't allow for re-screwing/drilling. Our fix to this (as this was our second time purchasing this chairs) was to drill an anchor then insert the screw. (THIS IS ONLY our opinion of how to allow these chairs to last) Our first set of chairs at another location have been used for 6 years and still going strong without major wear and tear. Would buy a again

These chairs are really comfortable. I like how the boomerang part wraps around your back. The padded cushion is nice and soft. It is much lighter than it looks making it easy to pull in and out.
