Great chairs, great customer service! Beautiful color, sturdy chairs that we bought to replace our "kitchen table" chairs ......... My only complaint would be in regard to shipping and packing -- the boxes arrived pretty beat up with some damage. Webstaurant has excellent customer service -- they sent me out replacements immediately!

I needed new kitchen chairs as mine had been falling apart for a couple of years, so I went on the hunt for chairs that would hold up. These chairs kept coming up in the search and Webstaurant Store offered the best price, so I bit the bullet and ordered 8. They arrived way quicker than anticipated and were well protected for shipping. Pros: These chairs are heavy. Massively reinforced. Comfortable. Not that any of us need to spend a lot of time sitting at the table, but if we did, we'd be comfortable. Good looking. I've gotten nothing but compliments. Easy to clean. They lack the crumb trough that my last chairs had. I had to sweep the chairs after every meal and pressure wash the chairs the kids sat in to get them clean. These chairs don't have those kind of dirt traps. Ready to use as in I didn't have to buy glides for the legs, put them together, or do anything other than cut off enough product protection that it filled a 33 gallon trash bag. They don't tip easily. This may not seem like much, but 2 of my old chairs chairs tipped and cracked spindles because they were top heavy. Overall, very, very satisfied with this purchase.

Purchased 6 chairs almost 2 years ago for our restaurant. To be honest I wasn’t impressed with the condition they arrived in. I had to contact customer service for several issues that happened in shipping. The boxes they came in had holes everywhere. Customer service was very helpful and we were able to work everything out. The chairs are holding up very well! Our customers are pretty hard on them and they’re standing up to the abuse.
